Grilled Boerewors on Pretzel Bun

  • 1 lb of Ayoba-Yo All Beef Boerewors
  • 1 jar of Maille mustard
  • Olive oil
  • 1 jar banana peppers
  • 2 whole white onions
  • Pretzilla Pretzel buns



  1. Place Boerewors on grill at a medium temperature
  2. Grill each side of Boerewors for 4-5 min until lightly blackened
  3. In a separate pan, place olive oil at low heat
  4. Sautée banana peppers and onions until caramelized
  5. Toast buns lightly on each side on grill pan
  6. Add Maille mustard to buns
  7. Add Boerewors to bun
  8. Top with banana peppers and caramelized onions
