They say variety is the spice of life. This actual phrase comes from William Cowper’s poem “The Task”: “Variety is the very spice of life, that gives it all its flavor.” How very true indeed! So, before you make your next grocery run, check your spice pantry first to see what spices you both have and need.
If you are like most people, coming up with a new recipe can be extremely difficult. A great way to circumvent this challenge is by experimenting with new spices and mixing up how you season your go-to breakfast, lunch, dinner and meal prepping recipes. Using new and different spices and seasonings can offer you an unlimited resource to avoid what is now known as “palate fatigue”.
