Grated Biltong Crostinis

Biltong Fluff Crostini Recipe
Ingredients: 
  • 1 baguette
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup of Grated Biltong (we used spicy)

 Procedure: 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cut baguette into slices that are about 1/4" thick
  3. Arrange crostinis on baking sheets, brush both sides with oil, and season to taste.
  4. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes until they are golden brown.
  5. Top with cream cheese and sprinkle with Grated Biltong
