Unsliced Biltong: Before Biltong is sliced, it is hung to dry as a large whole beef slab as seen here. In it's uncut form, the Biltong retains more moisture and is more tender than ever! From time to time we sell these deliciously beefy cuts right here. They can appear a little intimidating but have no fear!
